My client who specialize in the Semiconductor equipment manufacturing space are searching for a Hardware Engineering Manager to join their team in Scotts Valley, CA. This will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful design, implementation and optimization of hardware systems to meet the companies goals. Responsibilities: Lead a team of electrical & mechanical engineers throughout all stages of hardware development. Work closely with diverse teams, such as software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance experts, to seamlessly integrate hardware components into comprehensive solutions. Lead the hardware development process from inception to final product, encompassing tasks like gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and validating. Establish and uphold robust protocols and methodologies for hardware design, manufacturing, and testing to ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and scalability. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for hardware projects, ensuring they align with broader business goals and project milestones. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields. 10+ years' experience within hardware engineering. Previous experience in a leadership role.
